Find Us For 17 years Sifu Neal Elliott taught our system of martial arts called Optimum Fighting Concepts in Wolli Creek & Newtown in Sydney’s inner west. In late 2023 Sifu Neal moved to BARDIA in south west Sydney and set up a new school using a large garage space to teach classes with a limit on the number of students who could attend each class. We called it Optimum Martial Arts Academy. After just 2 years at BARDIA we’re proud to be opening an additional new school in INGLEBURN at the 1st Ingleburn Scout Hall. Classes are held at INGLEBURN on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between 5:15pm & 7pm. See the “Class Timetable” page for more details.

Our BARDIA location will continue to run classes on Monday, Thursday, & Friday between 5:15pm & 7pm. See the “Class Timetable” page for more details.
